Excellent professionalism
The Kinsman Rd location (the one I ordered from) is perfect, in every sense of the word. The food? Perfect. The cashier who I ordered from? He treated me like a human, not a number. The atmosphere? I could actually work there! Overall, I recommend this location to anyone who has enough money.
It's a cool restaurant for late night service and there's never a long line
I've been to just about every Rallys on east side of Cleveland, this is 1 of the better places. No burned or over heated food, like I've found at a few of the other places.
