Approximately 2:50pm. I don't understand why its taking 10 minutes and I am the only one in line. The person in front of me pulled off. No one even collected his money to encourage him to wait. I did backup and ask.. Was there a problem? I was assured, there was not. Had they said it was shift change or something? I may have been more patient. It was very busy but they took care of us a timely manner
Update 2/23/2026. They still can't get people's orders right! I ordered a LARGE fry and what did they do? They didn't put it in the bag! How hard is it to give people what they PAY FOR!!!! I just had surgery and can't drive so I'm stuck here with NO FRIES! Went to go order some food and the manager just kept looking at me. She never acknowledged me or asked if she could take my order or anything. Very rude and unprofessional
