Stopped at the drive thru after midnight, the AI added things I didn't want to my order and I couldn't get it to reset. When I stopped communicating with it, because it wasnt helpful, it started telling me "order whenever you're ready" over and over again. I became frustrated because I couldn't just talk to a human. Eventually it tells me the order is $23, when I hadn't actually ordered anything, and to pull up to the window. When I do, I get cussed out by the manager for being a "smartass" to the AI. I like the fish sandwich with mayo and lettuce and tomato and the cheese sticks and I love love love the apple pies from Rally's best ever and my order is always right and hot when I get it everyone that is at drive thru is always nice to meet Thank you Rally's you are my Favorite on Morgan Avenue
