Food was hot and fast.
F this rally’s, wasted 30 minutes waiting for food I BOUGHT but never received. Your employee tried to lie and say he never took my order when he literally told me to wait in front of the building for my food. Literally have the receipt and the drink he gave me 😒. Then yells at me and tells me to leave because I wanted a refund then slams the window in my face. Half of our order was missing. Waited for fresh tenders, and thankfully they were fresh. However, I would've loved to have my fries and for my partner to have her other sandwich. Not coming back to this location.
Love the fries but they're expensive now and keep getting smaller. The sandwiches have met the same fate. Would visit more often if they were more reasonable.
