Food was forgotten 4/5 last visits to this place. Also wait times are ridiculous. If you do get your food, it probably won't be made with love. You'll be lucky if they remember/ feel like applying the brown sugar cinnamon to your apple pie.
Every time i go to this location the employees have bad attitudes and poor customer service. Its so frustrating to order ahead of time just to be made to wait. Now I will never go back because the way they handled my food. The lady in the window took my drink to the back of the restaurant and expected me to take it. The hostile attitudes almost seemed as if they were demanding I accept something I was not comfortable accepting. Instead of making it right I was told to cancel. Which I had no problem doing.
