Gave away our food to a random person and the general manager lied straight to our face. We order through the website. Either, someone lied to them or my mom has a really common name (she doesnt). Stupid people working for this stupid company. Even corporate hung up on my mom. And NO, the general manager or anyone for that fact made the steps to remake our food or refund us. The new way they run the drive thru ordering system is wrong. And the person at the window doesn’t confirm what you order before charging you. Pay extra for an employee to take the order. I promise you’ll have return guests more often. And you could have done my refund in the drive thru but you want me to turn my car off and get out to fix a mistake that could have been fixed faster than me getting out of my car in this 110 weather we are having.
Burger was way to salty, chicken bites were old & dry, not good!
