11:45 on 8/18/26 Just came from Rally's I can't figure out why my hamburger is cold but the fries are hot shouldn't the hamburger be hot too? Unfortunately it wasn't the case Like the owner said I understand the frustration about receiving cold food obviously there's a problem at this rally serving cold food! I wonder what the health department would say!
I've been to a different Rally's, years ago and enjoyed it. This location is not one I'll return to. First off, you have to order through an AI robot at the drive thru. There is no warning about this, and not everyone wants to order this way. There is no confirmation screen and the person at the window didn't confirm the order, either.
