Came here at 11:45 PM on a Friday night, ordered two funnel fries and a caramel cheesecake sundae, when I politely asked for the Sundae to be put in a small paper bag just like the funnel cakes are, the employee woman seemed very personally offended and confused and I insisted that they’ve put it in a small paper bag for me before and she rudely walked away and then came back with a terrible attitude and put my Sunday in the same small bag as the funnel cakes that were boiling hot… um what. 1/2 pound chicken bites were cold and supposed to be smothered in BBQ, not a drop not even a packet at the very least. My #1 Burger was dry and cold!! First time ever that I was beyond dissatisfied!! Thank God the fries, both French and onion where warm and very good or else this review would have been 1 star across the board. SMH, food is usually always good but not this time!!
Cool to see a Rally's back in north Phoenix. There was one on 32nd st and Greenway 20-30 years ago. Haven't seen one since. :)
