Not only does the AI drive thru get my order wrong every single time I use it and beg and cry and scream for an associate to take the order the employee came at me sideways for how I frustratedly talked to THE AI. Ridiculous. I won’t be back. Maybe give jobs to real people instead of a computer which will mess it up. People do better. The AI has no feelings and doesn’t care about you.
A little tricky pulling in... the food was yummy & service was fast/friendly. Service dog🦮 friendly with free water or pup cups 🥤 upon request. Pets gets thirsty too & they were very understanding 🤩 Will return
I was in the drive thru at 958 all the way up to 10am when, they open. They asked me to get out of the drive thru due to there time going bad, not opening till 10 and system booting. I said we are good to wait here, they still refused to take our order till we pulled around in the drive thru to clear their time boards and showed they really don't want our business so we had to go elsewhere.
Yea this automated ordering system stinks. You just need to ask it a question for it to break.
