25min wait time with no one in line and they still meet up my order completely missing items

Worst location in Phoenix! I've only been here two times and I should have known not to go again after the first time, we waited more than 25 minutes for a small amount of food and they get the order wrong, this time we waited 30 minutes and I asked for a refund and the girl just walked away without saying anything. I don't see how this place isn't shut down. Don't come here if you're in a rush.
Great burger n fries and selection of deserts, fast service with a smile.
