Went through the drive thru this evening, employees were outside in parking lot trying to call over a stray dog. Tried placing my order, had to repeat myself 4 or 5 times, pulled up to the window & paid for my food. After waiting like 10 mins the host* (Blessing) opens the window, blank stares at me for a solid 30 seconds, and says" whatchu here for? You here for pickup?" I ordered two things and they forgot one....
I really like the new staff, they almost seem like they care about their job!
The lady at the window was really nice, and the as a bonus the food was good.
The grand and chouteau location is five stars. Fast service and good deep sea doubles. The Jefferson and lynch location is 0 stars. They had no cars in either lane but were only doing door dash when I asked for 2 deep sea doubles. The female voice was unusually loud trying to avoid work.
