Excellent communication skills, quality service & the team employee was terrific.
It's in downtown Huntington, so not the best area, but we stop here any time we're down this way because the next closest Rally's is in Russell. Food is good, just takes a while to get it. Pro tip - order ahead in the app. They seem to think all online orders are Doordash type orders, so they put a rush on it!
I had written a negative review due to complications placing my order for a visit a few months ago. I was contacted by rallys and the owner of this location. I am totally impressed by the effort to correct the situation. Thank you for making it beyond right. Really impressive customer service to correct the issue.
