My biggest regret was ordering food from here today. Very unpleasant experience. The lady in the window was very rude. Did not give me a receipt for my payment. I had to drive back seven minutes later because she did not include the large french fry with the order the other food that I ordered was old, poor quality, poor customer service I usually do not do these type of reviews, including on restaurants, but this is ridiculous. I ordered a big buford no onion, came out really fast like it was just sitting out, i received no receipt, and my burger was cold. I figured because it was a special my burger would be fresh but it obviously was not and must've be someone else's i guess. Disappointed!!
I ordered 2 big bufords today an neither had pickles on them an tried to call an nobody answered the phone for an hour an i quir calling smh im very dissapointed !! Never again in going there
Missing food!!! And staff will not answer the phone at all!!! Big inconvenience to have to go back!!! And they weren’t even busy is the bad part!!!!
