Stopped in for a throw back meal. (7/23/25) I haven't had Rally's in a long time! I brought someone who had never had Rally's before, so we needed a minute for her to check out the board. The lady taking our order was patient and friendly. We both got the Big Bufurd meals. I customize my meal, hers was as served. Both of our meals were hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! Very unfriendly location. Lady at the booth had attitude right out the gate. I said give me a moment and 15 seconds later I said what I wanted. Proceeded to wait 3 minutes to be told 1 second. Waited 2 more minutes and couldn't wait any longer your incompetent workers were draining my lunch break. Very unprofessional and honestly I don't think this location should stay open anymore. Fire these people for ruining your location.
We pulled in and waited at the intercom to order for quit a while. We did see some workers inside but we were never asked for our order. We pulled up to the window and they saw us, looked away, and never acknowledged us. We finally drove away. Probably a good thing, this location looked like a complete dump and very unclean. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and will never go back.
