I dislike this restaurant.
Gave me food poisoning did nothing for me besides refunding my money did absolutely nothing for me. Will never eat at a another Rallys in my life completely ruined it for me.
They messed up my mobile order and I went back to fix it and then they messed it up again and messed up the sandwich.
The Rallys on Stringtown Rd has the worst customer service iv ever been to. Literally does not matter who's working. Before we moved out of state we used to literally laugh at any time we would go there we would get prepared on how bad the service is. We came back and went a few nights ago and literally pulled up to the drive through and no one said anything so my wife said hello and out of no where some replies "Yea?, what can I get you?".
