Had a doordash. Waited in line for a long time only for the person ahead of me to get a small bag. 2 people had left because of the wait. Then I get up there and I say the name, and the worker (black service worker with glasses) started laughing because she didn't know who the order was for. Had to ask her co-worker even though the name is on the receipt on the bag. Then, instead of handing me the bag she takes someone else's order even though it was right in front of the window. First bite of sandwich included paper ? The bacon was literally stuck too this paper and it had harden grease on it - And we attempted to call but no answer
The food tasted good aside from the hair in it and it was way over cooked. 3/4 of my fries were burnt and that's the same with my chicken. The burger was fine but everything else was bad. The server was nice and helpful.
