Literally ordered food 3 days ago all wrong. Called as soon as I realized it. Talked to a guy that said he was the manager (never gave me his name) asked it I was coming back that night. Told him it'll probably be next week never told me only had 24 hrs to come back or that I needed a reciept and his name. Trying to treat my kids to there once a month night out and they didnt even get to eat nothing but fries. My last time at any rally's straight bs all the way around dont eat there
Mobile order placed at 5:20pm. Arrived at 5:30 when I was told order would be ready. Now sitting at the restaurant at 6:04 pm still without an order or any timeframe. Was told to pull around to the other window and I've sat here for over 30mins now. Not sure what's happening but this is kind of insane. Update and response to owner. I waited for a full hour to get my order. I also tried to respond for comment via the link you sent and submitting my info does nothing.
