It is 5 pm... pulled into the drive thru, but the place is closed! Flashing in the window, loud and proud, DRIVE THRU OPEN! I sat at the speaker saying, "Hello?" for a good 45 seconds, then finally pulled forward when I noticed no one was going to answer. Rolled past the dinner room and service window.. pitch black in there! Not an an employee to be seen! This was the very first time I had ever visited a Rallys, so needless to say, very disappointing.
