I really wish I could give zero stars, like she gave zero cares...Service here is awful. No customer service. The young lady at the drive thur today at 6pm, did not greet us, did not say thank you, was short, & just gave off the impression that she didn't want to be at work. I asked her what happened to good customer service, what happened to greeting a customer, saying hello at the very least, she just shrugged. Ordered online gave me a time when order would be ready for pick up. Drove all the way there and they are not open. Not only are they not open can’t get in touch with anyone about a refund. And my kids and I are hungry. After being sleep and sick all day smfh
Worst service ever. They are extremely slow and the order is usually wrong.
It took forever to get anyone to come to the window. I had to ask for condiments twice before they would give them.
