Best damn hamburger I've had in a long time. Idk if it's a new manager or team, but my Big Buford was made with LOVE. I want another!
When I go in the day when the manager is there it's fine but when I go at night they won't take the rewards that I have I am a rewards member they take them at the pearl location no problems I don't know what's wrong at Byram I can go to pearl but it is further if they won't take them it's no need to be a member, wish this could be fixed.
I sat in the line so long...and was I made it to the mic I had to wait even longer. Finally after a few the person on the other end of the speaker took my order. I ordered a Philly steak cheese fries for the first time...what a total disappointment....my steak was not fresh and my fries were cold... sometimes you just want to give up at these fast food places. PS .the young lady at the window was just there...no thank you are nothing....she was sad alone with my meal.
