Pulled up to the drive thru one hour before close. Sat there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement as I downloaded the app and ordered through that instead. 8 minutes later I get an automated text that my order should be ready. Employee that was chilling outside that entire time came in when I pulled up and told me they were working on my order. 10 minutes later they shove it at me and it's missing the mozzarella sticks which I was still charged for.
