I stopped by Rally's Broad and James Road Columbus Ohio I ordered the flatbread spicy chicken sandwich but instead I got the regular bun spicy chicken your food is good but they often make mistakes there. And after you have drove off gone back cross town you're not going to turn around I looked in the bag and assume that was the sandwich I had got until I got home and unwrapped it so I had to eat it instead the flatbread chicken sandwich disappointed
I ordered my meal online I ordered the $6 MVP meal. It had the sticker on the bag so I didn't check it before I left and there were no large fries. Why would I pay $6 and not get fries. The people were nice the food was warm just wasn't all there.
This is probably one of the worst Restaurants I have ever been to the lady that was taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional had very nasty Attuide didn’t even greet when we pulled up you guys need to do better on training the employees getting them to understand what is Customer Service !! Overall the food was hot and fresh but I will not ever be returning to this place again nor do I recommend anyone to come here !!! 1/10
Wonderful service Rhonda is just the sweetest. Fast service with a friendly smile. Great food !!!
Rude people cold food messed up order 2 times and Iam the only on there.. Never going back if I could give this place zero stars I would This is the rallys on Lila Ave Milford ohio
