Everyone outside on phone and smoking. Asked for cheese and bacon on my burger extra mayo it’s a patty mayo and a bun. The chicken sandwich was missing the chicken it a freaking bun!!! My fries are ice cold. What in gods world happened here. The only thing not messed up was my soda

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with only cheese and ketchup and a large fries on the app. I was the only car in the web / app order pickup lane. I ordered it for it to be ready 5 minutes from when I placed the order on the app. Not only did it take 12 minutes past the 5 minutes to get my order, when I checked my food they gave me cheeseburgers with pickles on them. When they wouldn't acknowledge me trying to get their attention, I had to get out of my car and go to the walkup window to tell them they messed up my order. That was ... read more
