Pulled to drive thru. Employee didn't greet me just said "online orders only". So, I pulled out of line and placed order online. Pull back through, again no greeting and he says "online order only". I said I did place it online. Told me to pull to the other drive thru line which I did, then sat there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged and was handed cold nasty food. Never again.
