Waited 8 mins just for them to tell they don't have a product then another 17 mins for person in first to get there order just to leave think of manager would put a sing out of product would avoid a lot
Got the chicken bites and they were all rock solid
I just ordered at the Ashland store mobile. Drove 4 miles to get my food. The lady at the drive thru tells me that they don't have the Swiss mushroom burger at this location. I said why was I able to order it on the App? I said ok just sub it with a chicken sandwich ( same price) she said she can't do that. She said if I still wanted the rest of my food she would have to reorder my whole order and charge me again. I said I already paid why would you charge me a second time?
