This place needs to be shut down like the other locations. I went said Allergy to mayo and asked for a Big Bufford no mayo. The poured mayo on the sandwich. Shut this trash location down.
Food is not what it used to be and the customer service is why people stopped going
3am crew so it’s Thursday technically best food n service. Wednesday night crew did they thing to 3rd shift for the win
I haven’t even received my food, the lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. Told me to “back up and go to another drive thru when there was cars behind me” when I mentioned that there was cars behind me, she replies with “your foods not done you need to figure it out”. Not even from the area and this place most certainly will never make me come back if that’s how the people are. Go across the street to McDonald’s it might be better service, sadly.
Its a fast food place in cleveland. The drive through is chaotic,but I dont blame the workers. Its the drivers in the city. The food is usually good, some experiences are better than others but I still go ♀️
