Constantly understaffed. Easily 4-5 stars if staffed properly. The lot could use some TLC and is rather small for a fast food joint.
I am a regular customer at different Rally locations, so my overall impression with the company is positive. But in this particular location, I always seem to have some kind of issue here. Brittany was amazing, kind, courteous, and professional. She’s a good asset to your corporation! She provided directions to a location I needed and I appreciate her very much. The food was amazing. I was so glad to be able to try the fries in person.
