Fries were overcooked. Insides were hollow, oily and overall inedible. Took nearly an hour to get them so, no way I was getting back into that. They've been hit or miss with burgers, so I avoid the potential disappointment. I must say that I was really looking forward to Rally's fries. There are other places like Popeyes Loraine ave, who no longer care about the patrons satisfaction, serving good food out of a quality establishment and hiring/training staff,to run it properly. Very quick and delicious food great customer service never had any issues
Everything was great! Amazing vanilla shake as well as great customer service! The only complaint is that the drive-thru automated voice is really weird. Definitely make it a real person in the future otherwise you might end up scaring some children. Don't worry I give this critique out of love!
Good is always bland or cold. I HATE the automated order taker. They always get the food wrong. Cheap or not it isn't a good option .
