What's the point of having 2 separate lines if they're just gonna make you go into one then wait AGAIN in the separate line after already paying. I'm done with Rally's honestly. 4 of these cars were here when I pulled up and as I'm typing this and taking pictures they STILL haven't moved. They're taking orders and now we're all just sitting its an absolutely ridiculous concept that is extremely inefficient and an EXTREME waste of time. Whoever thought this was good on paper needs a reevaluation of their own. Fire them
I went late at night. My food was freshly cooked and tasty.
Workers were preparing and cooking food with no gloves on. The cashier kept touching her face and had the acidity to touch ppl food without washing her hands. Had to wait 20 mins food my food. I will never be back!
