Place is a JOkE. Can never get food there they always say the system is down and only taking door dash. Parking lot has a pot so huge it will mess your car up. This place is so mismanaged.
Arrived at 10:05 just 5 minutes after opening but was told they wouldn’t open for another 20 minutes. Culver’s opened on time so they got my business.
Driveway has giant pot holes beware the city needs to fix this major safety concern
Went to get food at rallys and was denied service at drive thru due to short staffing. They have no walk up anymore and were only taking doordash orders. They have a paper sign on the drive thru for quite a while on what they are out of, which happens frequently and one of the doors for the menu has been open for months. Lastly there is a massive pothole at the exit of the drive thru that will likely damage someone's vehicle. I would suggest a change in management or ownership if franchised.
