Worst customer service. Refused to do walk up service. I was with my family, 3 kids and pulling a travel trailer. If I could have done the drive thru, I would have but refused walk up at the window even though it stated it was open until 8. Do Better especially when there are 3 hungry young children. Shame on you.
I had to give the food a 1 because we got a Rally Burger and fries which was good but we also ordered 4 chili dogs and the chili was so salty you couldn't eat them. I am truly guessing there was hopefully some kind of mishap but when serving food you need to be sure the taste is palatable. Thank you.
my work van won't fit through the drive thru. clerk told me that the walk up window is closed due to weather (rain all day?). the rain only was hitting for 1 hour in late afternoon.
Wish I could I could make it zero stars. We have ordered on the app several times and when we show up to get it they don't have the food in-stock. There is no way to get a refund as the store has you go to the app and the app says to go to the store. The manager even hung up on us.
