No ice. Food was good. 2 drive up windows. And only one side works. Walk up orders are not available. It's the site of the old hot-n-now. And hasn't been well maintained. In general I like Rally's. They just let this one go.
I went through the drive thru, the intercom sounds like a dying furby. One person pushed the drive thru attendant out of the way to have their back to me as i waited for my food. I had to ask for my drink which was warm, no ice. My drink ended up being warmer than my food.
Always closed or online order only. Always short staffed. When you can get food it's normally cold or over cooked. Building and landscaping mostly uncared for. Not worth the $4.50 a gallon to even check if you can get the food.
I really need y’all to turn your drive through speaker down, that’s so loud it’s ridiculous.
We ordered door dash and was missing an item from the order. And didn't have some of the toppings. I dont normally say something when I know it might not be their fault. But missing a full meal is not ok.
