Waited 12 minutes 2 double spicy chicken sandwiches, extra mayo & pickle. 3.29 for a water. Update tried again. No fountain drinks. Only sauces for chicken honey mustard or Buffalo. Menu sign broken, not current.
The wait for the drive thru is ridiculously long
1 star isn’t even deserving..This Rally’s sucks 💯! Disgusting attitudes and behavior to customers! How do you run out of Fountain pop!?? Then not have a reason why when asked? I DoorDash there quite often and they’re always rude and disgraceful! I will never take an order there again. Have me waiting outside for 15 minutes in 5 degrees freezing weather, when I know that food was ready, probably because I Knocked on the window 3 TIMES, before they answered me…all the while ignoring me.
