We went @8:15 and soon as we pull up the woman in drive thru say's we are closed! I then say oh did you say you were closed. No we are open. Then I order a milk shake but the ice cream machine is down. So I ordered and get home well guess what my fries are cold and half the fries were gone. Anyway I will never go back. To say the least they were rude.
I guess the restaurant was not busy because of the location and how it sat way outta the way. But the food was fresh and hot and the restaurant looked very clean . I would choose this over Wendy's, burger king and McDonald's any day .
JULY 16 2025: The lady serving was awful!!! Had ordered my food at 8, arrived at ralleys at 8:30 just for her to say they were closed (dont close until 9) then shut the window in my face. Will not be coming here again!
