They suck don't waste your time are money
Food was hard and old. I initially turned around to get sauce that wasn’t placed in the bag however when I returned I was told that I would have to wait until the next day to get my refund because the supervisor was busy cooking due to be short staffed. I advised them that it should only take a moment and that I have kids to feed and shouldn’t have to wait. They say the walk up window close how that work 🤨 I’ve never came here and had this issue until they let these “MALES” work the window they really should just stay in the kitchen no customer service skills
so everytime i go to this location which isn’t that frequently due to previous experiences with bad service. i am not usually the type to make a review but after tonight this was ridiculous. our food was cold , soggy , and flavorless. we reheated in air fryer for better taste to happen to see that there was hair in our food, NOT ONLY ONE item either. we dumped our fries on on a plate to notice there was hair in our fry container then we noticed there was hair in our chicken and fries box as well. this is sickening and really... read more
