Have waited in line over 30 minutes for a mobile pickup. Was supposed to be ready about 11:45 to 11:50... sitting here in the express lane watching them serve regular drive through customers. Skip the line, my foot. Seems understaffed. Two men working it. Staff was apologetic.
I don't know what is wrong with your manager but, why is he saying that my dad leaves his kids in the hot sun.... First off I choose to be out there in the sun and dirt.
