The people here are always so nice and sound like they're working so hard. But today is not the first time that it's taken so long to even place my order. I lost out on my entire lunch break and ended up not getting anything. This place needs more help. They're always short-staffed or there's always a fire that needs to be put out. We didn't get all of our food when we order and picked up . The guy apologize. Offer to make up for the missing food. I said I appreciated it but we was at the hospital . Just make sure the rest of the orders are right.
whoever the lovely man was with the ponytail and glasses working at the sprigg location in cape g at approximately 12:45 pm on august 21st 2025, you were doing amazing and me and my boyfriend think these are the best french fries we’ve ever had thank you so much for changing our life. please give this man a raise. and someone to work with him late at night. too busy for one man.

I came here a few weeks ago, was told to park and wait for my food. There was no spot in the parking lot, so I can back around (there was no line). The assistant manager then yelled at me to park, swore at me, and then told me I was being shitty. I left a bad review and the manager called, offered a free meal, and said they were short staffed.
