Got the Baconzilla today and it had one piece of bacon on it. Supposed to be 4. Never will order that again.
Went through the drive thru and asked the woman working if they had boneless wings. She said “Nope. That’s Wingstop, honey.” in the most condescending tone ever. Even chuckled a little like I was stupid for asking. Mind you, Charley’s next door has boneless wings.. Never going to this location again simply because of the lack of respect and customer service. Do better!
Despite a powerhouse menu, severe operational failures yield overcooked patties, soggy fries, and skimpy toppings that fall far short of brand standards. Management must immediately enforce strict quality control and proper assembly protocols to match product execution with menu potential. 4-5 stars can happen.
