I visited this location on 9-16-25. It was a walk up order. The young lady at the register was new and was assisted by the manager on the register,both super friendly. No hiccups at all,order correct, food fresh and delicious. The only thing that I can see that needs attention is that the owner/franchisee needs to invest some money in their stores. I stopped by tonight to get a couple drinks, decided to get slushies. The girls behind the closed window notice us and keep talking to each other, my boyfriend tries to gently tap lightly to get their attention; they glance at us, and keep talking, ignoring us still. My boyfriend taps a little louder and they keep ignoring us. Finally he knocks on the window, they finally open the window, and take our order first saying they couldn't make the slushies we wanted right now did we want something different or a refund? Food is always great. Not always super "fast".
First time eating at a Rallys. Fries were amazing. Burger tasted so cheap I thought it was ordered off Temu.
