When did AI take over the drive through ordering process. Not sure how I feel about talking to a computer program for my food, feels not natural. Food was ok and the staff working were polite, unfortunately I'm not a fan of computers taking my order with no visual read out for accuracy. Maybe invest in a digital screen to help with the worry of accuracy?
I went through the drive thru for dinner. I was greeted by a robot order taker. My order ended up going smoothly. However, I had never been to Rally’s before and wanted to clarify some things about the food options before ordering. I was unable to ask in depth questions because it was literally a robot taking my order.
