I love my Mercedes & want to take care of it the best I can. that's why I get it serviced at Rallye. The service department understands how to fix a Mercedes and everyone is truly an expert mechanic. I've brought the car in for many issues big & small and have never once had a problem. They're always careful with their work.
Rallye Motors is honestly the best luxury car dealer I've ever been to. Anytime I've gone there, whether to buy a car or service it, the staff has been attentive to my needs and has been able to help me with whatever I need. You don't get this kind of customer service just anywhere, and that is why I keep going back.
I just had my car serviced at Rallye Motors for the first time. My experience there was much better than I expected it would be, after having dealt with the service departments at several other dealerships. Their service department is very customer-friendly, and they do their best to make sure you leave happy. Their quality of work is excellent.
My husband and I have used this dealership for years. We will only drive Mercedes, and this is by far the best dealer on Long Island. They have an impeccable selection of vehicles, and the salesmen are extremely well trained, knowing everything one could think to ask about any model they sell. Their finance department is wonderfully easy to deal with and will try their hardest to get you the best rates possible. I would not buy a car anywhere else.

Rallye Motors has a great Mercedes selection. This was my first time buying a luxury car, so I wanted to be absolutely sure I was making the right choice. Jimmy, my sales guy, was incredibly patient with me while I looked around and asked a million questions. I credit him with helping me find the perfect car.
