Terrible follow up during a potential sales process. If I could give them zero, I would. Started to have a sales conversation with Jeremy, sent him pictures of my bike that I wanted to use as a trade and never heard back. Shortened my original review to get my point across in a more concise manner. They straight up suck. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, they harrass you with phone calls until your annoyed, then completely ignore you when you do have questions. I always check here for bikes because of the large selection but I have bought all 4 of my bikes at other locations....
