Incredibly frustrating. I called and asked what time they were closed at, guy on the phone tells me 6. I get there at 535 and door is locked with hours posted as closing at 530. I called when I got here and he tried to say they closed early. The door says 530. How does the person answering the phone not know the hours of the business? I just drove all the way in dieppe rush hour traffic for nothing. This is unbelievably basic stuff. Entire hour of my life wasted. Now I am driving back.
The sales folks are either pushy or rude. The parts department service is lacklustre. The only good service I’ve had here was from one of the mechanics who stopped to see if I was ok.
Came in here to purchase a bike, Idk if its because im a woman but not 1 sales associate offered any assistance. Bringing my money elsewhere.
Beaucoup de choix car j'ai trouvé le matériel recherché. Ais le service des casque très froid, sans effort de cibler mon besoin, j'ai donc dû faire mes recherches sur internet pour après aller dépenser 1200$ pour mon casque
