Run away and don’t look back, I wish there was a zero stars choice. This entire organization from top to bottom, service to sales is incompetent. 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (80k) threw the dreaded Svc4Wd dash warning. Called the GOOD Jeep dealer and they could not get us in for approximately 2 weeks. Called the group of incompetence at Ralleye Jeep Chrysler and got a pretty quick diagnostic appointment. If no stars was an option they would get it. First asking for Parts was very difficult had to specify for a Dodge then got parts. When I asked for a purge value for a 2015 Ram 1500 5.7 . Thinking they have computers in part to look up "parts". Wrong. They asked for the last 4 digits of the VIN. So how helpful is it when calling a dealer for a specific part. I purchased a 2016 Ford Fiesta in December after losing my previous vehicle, funds were limited and this car was the only one we could afford. It lasted about 4 months until the dashboard started lighting up again, the check battery light had even lit up during the test drive and all the problems with it went undetected because they didn't have to fix them to pass inspection apparently so they replaced the battery, told us that was the issue and replaced it and sent us on our way.
