Friendly staff and good service
I got a check engine light for an active grille issue, Read online there is a warranty extension on this issue and to call a BMW for more information. I called the service department a few weeks back, gave them all the information, year miles. They told me the only availability was two weeks later. I set an appointment. I specifically asked "is there a cost associated with this" she said no there is not besides the 500 dollar deposit for the loaner car. Fast-forward to my appointment. I bring the car in.
