I used to think this is the best Service center, but completely wrong. Totally not satisfied. Their advisors are so careless. They have their nose is so high up. They never answer messages return phone calls, and make you feel like you never wanna return in which I’m not, of course with all the Bmw service centers. Rallye BMW in Westbury provided excellent service! My appointment was scheduled in less than 24 hours, and all of my car issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The process was smooth from start to finish. A special thanks to Dennis for always taking care of me and making every visit a great experience. Avoid at all costs. 3 months ago I had a $13,000 repair that was supposed to be honored by warranty. BMW makes their money in service at an exorbitantly high rate. Because my car was like about maybe 138 miles over warranty the wonderful sales people yes sales people because service is sales, hit me with a $13,000 bill. With that being said, there is now a screeching sound on the drivers side.
