Terrible customer service. I contacted RR two weeks ago to return an unopened item. After one email telling me they’d have to get back to me the next day, I’ve never heard from Liz again. I’ve now emailed three more times. No response. Take your business elsewhere - perhaps Ohlins, Touratech, etc

I took my BMW G10GS here to be lowered and I'm really pleased with the result. The owners are lovely, very knowledgeable and welcoming; they really listen to how you want the bike set up. New shock is great and the whole bike feels much more manageable and steerable.

I requested Liz to open a shipping dispute on my behalf, as UPS guarantees its international packages to arrive within two business days at the shipping service level I purchased, or you can open a dispute to request your money back. I was in the middle of a trip and only ordered the item as I know that UPS guarantees that it will arrive on the date they quote. The late package was a significant inconvenience.
