I took my car here after a light front end collision. It took over a month to get my car back. When I went to pick it up, there was a gap between the hood and fender, on one side, that I could stick 2 fingers in. The other side I could stick one finger in. When I pointed that out, I was told that was the best they could do because the insurance would only approve aftermarket parts. I also pointed out that the flashers weren't working. The only review you need… I first came to Rally Motors on the recommendation of a trusted mechanic friend, after more than a year of back-and-forth trying to resolve an ongoing issue with my vehicle’s driver-side window trim. Originally, my insurance claim went through Lexus of Edison, who subcontracted the work to Northern Valley Auto Body in Englewood, NJ. After the repairs, the trim issue persisted. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my Audi and went above and beyond to source a hard-to-find part. His dedication and expertise really stood out. Rally Motors repaired my car in an impecable fashion, within a reasonable time and price. John was, and continues to relate to the clients as a long lost cousin, very friendly and fair businessman. Kiron is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He is a good listener, promptly offering solution(s) to challenges in the process of automobile body repairs.
