I bought a Mazda3 here and while the car itself has been solid, the experience after the sale has honestly left a bad taste for me. One of the main reasons I agreed to purchase the extended warranty was because it was explained to me that it would cover things like paint chips, scratches, rims, and tires—especially important to me with an AWD vehicle where tire and wheel issues can affect the whole system. Great at selling them, but not keeping up with promises of good care after. Was pretty much told I don't know who promised that they never fix anything that is wrong..total frustration
