Terrible experience trying to return 2 items (using a gift receipt as they were gifts) in exchange for a giftcard to shop online. I was sternly told no, I could not do that which makes zero sense. Manager was rude and couldn’t even explain why this was the case except for that the store no longer did this because they have “too many outstanding credits”. SHOPPER BEWARE. I don’t plan on returning. (Mission store)
