This place is not professional in getting back to there clients it’s been taking 3 and a half in order to get my count appointed visits with my son who is a special needs child This place is a mess they need help and management.I can’t believe how they don’t put the needs of children first,

Esta organización es muy poco profesional por lo que veo yo en marzo2923 los papeles y apena hace dos semanas tuve la disquetera entrevista y no han logrado en llamarme se esfuerzan más en el dinero k reviven de uno y no tener la empatía que uno como padre quiere ver a sus hijos y para ellos eso no es tan importante por lo que veo a mi la corte me dio 2 veces al mes por dos horas y resulta que ellos solo Pueden dar una hora y resulta que no eso he optenido😡😡😡😡😡

This place tries real hard. The staff does their best to be professional and friendly, but it comes across a bit disingenuous. They are far more worried about following rules and looking out for their best interest instead of their clients. They have a difficult job. But truth be told, I don't think a single staff member even has kids. They won't ever truly know or truly ever be able to relate to the difficult situations of some of their clients.
