If I could give this place a -5 star review I would. I took my Volkswagen to get the oil changed and they put the O ring for the oil filter lid in the wrong place which allowed the oil to drain out and coat the bottom of my car. So on my lunch break I had to go get oil to put in my car to take it to Douglass Mazda Volkswagen to get the oil changed again. They took a video of what they did wrong. I was considering getting an oil change at this facility because it was convenient, but thankfully I got a front-row seat to the kind of incompetence they operate with. As I pulled up, I watched a white Passat exit the oil change bay, turn onto the road, and immediately start pouring oil from underneath like a busted pipe. It wasn’t a drip. It wasn’t a leak. Went in for an oil change. Customer service was excellent, and everybody was friendly. Will be coming back in the future.
