year. Ralls county co op has the most expensive billing we have ever encountered. They charge a service fee on each of our 2 meters (house and barn) of $42.50. We are charged $85 before we even use a kilowatt of electricity. Then they charge for usage according to peak demand times of the day. Its unacceptable that our electric cost more than our mortgage.
