I was on a weekend away and needed my car towed. The owner of Rally Tuned came in on a Saturday and looked it over (ended up just being a rock that got stuck) which allowed me to drive home (90 min drive) when I needed to. He went above and beyond to ensure good service and was really friendly as well.
My car broken down nearby as there was a terrible metallic noise coming from my rotors and I had it towed after hours. I was panicking, I live in Seattle and I had no idea how long it would take or what they could find wrong and charge me. I couldn't believe when Brendon called me the next day, and told me it had just been a rock on the rotor and I was able to come by and pick the car up. Good job with the needed tasks. The scheduled times were a little messed up, but I believe it was a one off time.
i had been bringing my car to this shop regularly for over 3 years.we made an appointment for me to do usual servicing. But I forgot the time and day I called , wrote and went by the shop, always closed when I went by. i was trying to find out our schedule but he did not get back to me. I am elderly and have arthritis so having a shop near to when I live was a god send. the mechanic sends me an email telling me to get lost, that I had too many now shows.
