Doesn't pay his contractors! Unprofessional!!
Steve is very involved in his projects , he likes everything perfect for his clients ! Enjoy working with his team ! All around great people who enjoy their work ! If I was getting a home built I would have this company !
Bought a new condo from them. The place is well built and beautiful, however, their follow up on small issues after closing is terrible. They also said they would plant some trees and didn’t do it., I suggest you get everything taken care of prior to closing and get all verbal promises put in writing.
