Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Thiele have been extremely wonderful! Very professional and caring. It did take a bit to get in for my initial appt, but that's to be expected. I knew my diagnosis when I went in the first time and Dr. Thiele confirmed the diagnosis and gave me my options. I started my infusions several months later, but that was due to surgery I needed on an unrelated matter. Incompetent is an understatement Dr Thiel diagnosed me with a autoimmune disease in 2014 tolde to take eye drops and sente on my way I did my own research and followed up with my pcp only to find out he never documented anything now that my test results are off the chart I got a referral but umrc policy says I have e to see the same doctor again the one that did absolutely nothing the first time

I have suffered from Gout for over 20 years. I had an operation to remove Tophis from one elbow years ago. My other elbow starting to show similar condition. I asked my GP about seeing a specialist and was referred to Dr Thiele. Waited over 3 months for first visit. This visit was mostly updating my profile in their system by a grad student. I spent maybe 5 minutes with Dr. Thiele. He asked me a few of the same questions the intern asked. Set up a 2nd visit. No plan of action or discussion about gout. I was billed over $700.... read more
