Leslie was really weird and rude on the phone. She acted like I was highly inconveniencing her by asking insurance/prescription transfer questions. She kept talking over me and saying that she was busy and had other things to do, instead of just asking me to call later or putting me on hold after picking up the phone. I’ve never really had an experience like this at a pharmacy before, it was very weird behavior from a grown woman.
After using Raley’s pharmacy on East Ave for 15 years, I’ve finally had enough and transferred my family’s prescriptions elsewhere. They used to be great, but after the pandemic in 2020 staffing must have become an issue because the people who work the counter are not only not helpful, they can be downright rude. All the STAFF at the PHARMACY in RALEYS on EAST AVE IN CHICO CALIFORNIA are some of THE VERY BEST that I have ever been fortunate enough to be associated with , I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance for their pharmaceutical supplies !!! Sincerely , Keith Olsen
