If you are tired of calling someplace like CVS and never getting a person...Then arriving to find that the prescription is not ready when they said it was in 200 robot calls an hour...Then getting treated like a bother by some old man that should have been put out to pasture years ago...Then try Raleys pharmacy! Meds are meds. Reliability and service though are the reason! Raleys has a mellow decent pace with good communication and service that will heal you of Reno's woes!
Never open long enough, always closing for lunch, and Teresa the pharmacist keeps asking me to use their App. I don’t like that pharmacy app, it doesn’t work. It’s like she doesn’t want to be bothered with customers whenever they call. I’ve worked for a Pharmacy before and they wouldn’t have been allowed to treat customers in such a manner. I’m thinking of switching to Walmart soon.
The pharmacist was excessively rude! Watched her demean a customer in front of other customers.
Don't go here. The old woman working here denied giving me my prescription. I desperately need it to function. If you're sick and dying and need your meds, go to a pharmacy you know you can trust.
Needed a prescription transferred and the pharmacist took care of it that day and the brand I requested. Gave us their member price too! Thank you!
