The store we used to go to, in Sacramento on Marconi & Watt, is WAY superior to this Fair Oaks location. The gals behind the counter in Fair Oaks do the bare minimum and hardly even that. We pick up medications for our Mom and today I even asked if there were any more ready. She said no. When we got home we checked our bottles and there were indeed 2 more (on auto refill) that should have been there. Using the automated system it said one of them was "being worked on". Not very happy with this place I have been going here to pick up my Rx for years! I was calling to clear up an issue with my Rx…a technician named Amber was extremely disrespectful and had a horrible tone to her voice a tone of disgust as if I was bothering her with my call. Beware of this place I have had them also fill my Rx’s wrong prior I had Zofran @ 8mg tablets but they gave me 4mg…same drug but different concentration. I've been using this pharmacy for more than 30 years. They used to be top notch. The past 5 years or so their service has been horrendous. Very rude staff. Dr calls in antibiotic at 1 pm. They can't get to it until the next day. They've lost my business
